Hi, I'm Amy!

My therapeutic approach is genuine, client-centred, curious, and easy going. I enjoy combining my clinical training with creative approaches to create a safe and nurturing space for you to feel empowered to live authentically.
My training and experience have predominantly focused on children, young people, and their families, however, I enjoy working with people of all ages. I am passionate about supporting people through a range of challenges including Anxiety, Stress, Complex Trauma, Grief and Loss, Mood Dysregulation, Resilience and Self-Esteem, and supporting parents in understanding their children’s needs and behaviour.
Within my practice, I integrate Art Therapy within a trauma-focused, strengths-based, attachment and polyvagal theories with tangible interventions drawn from Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
I have completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) and a Master of Mental Health (Art Therapy) and am a clinical member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
My hope is to be a catalyst for meaningful change in your life, to create a space where you feel safe, accepted, validated, and nurtured while you step towards your goals.

I look forward to meeting with you!
- Amy
